Estimated delivery
Most orders arrive within 7–18 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs review, weather and carrier disruptions may extend delivery times. Product-specific estimates shown at checkout take priority.
Shipping charges and tracking
Available methods and charges are shown before payment. When tracking is available, we send it to the checkout email after dispatch. Multi-item orders may arrive separately.
Customs and taxes
Prices do not include import duties or local taxes unless checkout states otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact service@songchic.shop promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Report a shipment shown as delivered but not received within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
