We want customers to feel comfortable ordering. Eligible unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags, packaging and included accessories. Shoes must be tried on indoors. Hygiene-sensitive items, pierced jewelry, final-sale items and personalized products are not returnable unless faulty.
Start a return
Email service@songchic.shop with the order number, item and reason. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending anything. Unauthorized parcels or parcels sent to the merchant address may be refused.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for tracked return postage. If we confirm an item is incorrect, damaged or materially defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy and reimburse reasonable return costs where required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 5–10 business days of receipt. Original shipping is not refundable except where required by law or where our error caused the return. Financial institutions may need additional time to display the credit.
Exchanges and cancellations
To exchange an item, contact us so availability can be checked. Cancellation requests are accepted before fulfillment begins but cannot be guaranteed once an order is processing.
